"Front desk not welcoming. Room had no microwave, no clock, the phone did not work. Our room was on the 5th floor farthest away from front desk. No luggage trolly in the building, we schlepped our luggage quite a distance. Could not bring our cooler to the room as a result. No working ice machine on our floor. Toilet would not flush properly... disposed toilet paper to waste basket instead. My end table was sticky. Fridge barely cool. Except for that...the breakfast was good as was the price point. A working phone to the front desk is a serious safety issue in my opinion. No luggage trolley was a serious inconvenience for those families with small children."
