"We chose Lost Pines for a 3 day birthday get-away, and they did not disappoint. The grounds were immaculate, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the room was spotless. I'd particularly like to thank the staff of Lost Pines and highlight the Heartwood House. Thank you, to the staff who patiently answered all of our questions. You were so happy to tell my daughter about all the things she COULD have at Heartwood House after she told you she is allergic to eggs. They went so far as to find where we could get the same egg substitute they use at Heartwood, at home. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, but these people took joy in passing on knowledge to help someone beyond their stay."
