Bass Lake & Mtn Views with Boat Slip, dock space, 1 Non Shed pet okay. Yosemite

Welcome to beautiful Bass Lake, CA in the Yosemite area of state.

Unwind and enjoy our recently updated and Spacious non smoking, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, at Bass Lake, CA in the "Marina View" private community, with boat launch, dock & private slip. We comfortably sleep 8 adults or combination of 6 adults with 3 to 4 children. The decks are not safe for unwatched, crawling babies or toddlers so be aware. We do not provide baby gates. It is possible using the sofa or, our Full Sized high end self inflating blow up mattress to add a guest but you must have prior approval. However, our desire is to house, no more than 8 people.

2 large Wrap Around Decks boast stunning views for BBQing, hanging out story telling, dining,cocktailing,rock painting, corn hole, ring toss, card games or just chillaxin. on several types of furniture. From chairs to hammocks to padded loungers.

Our spacious family room offers surround sound TV, WiFi, Beautiful Fireplace, open floor plan to kitchen and dining area.

ALL kitchen and BBQ essentials are provided, as well as, towels for lake, beach chairs, EZ Up, and games. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash. Laundry is with full house rental or upstairs rental only. Detergent offered, but no bleach please. If using non color safe bleach on our new towels there will be a replacements fee if they get streaked white. The replacement fee is $300. Home is a mix of newer carpet and hard flooring.

1 - Non Shedding, potty trained, well behaved dog is welcomed with a pet fee. Caged at night. Inquire. No shedding pets due to owners severe allergies, and extensive fur cleanup. Pets are not allowed to sleep on beds, unless they sleep on a blanket you provide and take home with you. Other renters also have bad pet allergies.

We are just a 5 minute walk down to the Marina View marina, via a close by set of stairs, to the right of property, then across the 274. Look for Yellow HandRail Stairway. We are Just a 17 mile drive to the South Gate of Yosemite! Reservations are now required starting January 2025. Search Google for up to date, specific details and the link to reserve entry.

*We are just a 20 minute drive to main town of Oakhurst. Or, 8 minutes to small town of North Fork.

*5 minutes to awesome Pines Resort market and restaurants. *Duceys restaurant a favorite!

*restaurants, thrifting, art galleries, live music, yoga, country western saloon, antiquing, ATVing, Elder Berry House for 5 Star Dining...the skies the limit.

3 Marinas and Landings to explore on our lake all offering something fun and unique! Millers, The Pines or The Forks.

From Ice Cream Pop shops, to bike rentals to active live music overlooking lake. Skies the limit. Don't miss the falks at willow Creek but BECareful. Falls are Rapid! And accidents can and do happen. Keep your pet on a leash here or, they could go over slippery wet rocks into raging waterfalls. Please pack out more then you take in by bringing a trash bag. Want a nicer quieter dinner overlooking lake? Head to Duceys down stairs for a more full upscale menu, however, still casual dress allowed. You set the pace....Want a 5 STAR Organic French meal Experience? ElderBerry House is a Must do, romantic night out. A four course dinner for 2, will run you about $450 which includes a 22% gratuity and 2 alcoholic drinks, and 2 decadent desserts, but worth every delicious wholesome mouthful! YUM.

You can just rent the down stairs Master Suite, solo, for a romantic get away which includes a mini kitchenette, views, deck, hammocks and chairs.shower tub combo and vanity area. With pull out sofa bed.

Housekeeper /security does do a head count ...

If you're sneaking in a large party group, you will be removed from the property, via Sherriffs, and fined. A New County of Madera Law January 2025.

Outside cameras are added for your extra security, to avoid theft or capture any misfortune incident, if needed by law enforecement officials, or neighbors.

Master Suite has an adorable mini kitchenette, with additional coffee maker, small refrigerator, closet, with vanity area made private by new custom Sliding Barn Door and 4 slice toaster. No cooking in Master Suite. Master has a Large Deck right off Master Slider Doors, with fantastic views, small organic garden container, Chairs, and Bird Feeder for extra nature viewing. Street parking for boat trailer. Garage is flat for SUV sized vehicle and another on outside driveway as well. The rest of driveway is very steep but offers a handrail for support for winters.

Laundry is on top main floor in Bathroom behind doors. DISH TV with surround sound & Internet FREE. No EV Charging yet. There is one in town at 41/49 interchange. Electrify America is down and below Round Table Pizza.

Large upper deck is great for fresh air dinners. Hanging out on tables, playing Corn Hole or Ring Toss or relaxing in new padded loungers.

We are on the deep side of lake near the dam in the NO wake zone part of lake. So water is deepest at dock even in winter and cleanest on lake.

Lots to do in town! On or off lake activities: like Axe Throwing, ATVing, water skiing, wake boarding, tubing, paddle boarding, cycling, hiking, kayaking, antiquing, thrifting, art galleries, live music, wineries, whiskey tasting, movie theater, Yosemite, Shaver Lake, Manzanita Lake, Mariposa, etc. ...the skies the limit!

Snow ski in Yosemite at Badger Pass, a favorite of ours for gentler skiing or snow boarding, or drive the extra miles to China Peak, a much more challenging mountain. Snow shoe. Maybe even snowmobile dependimg on snow levels?

Fun times on lake-in spring summer, and snowy winters, just not ice or hail as Driveway is Very Steep!

Town of Oakhurst has Large grocery chains andHardware and Clothing Stores, and many other restaurants.movie theater, more restaurants. We even have a Lama Farm close by…by appt. In North Fork!

Enjoy a magnificent brunch or dinner, over looking the lake at the famous Ducey’s …one of our many favorites featured in several movies or The Forks, for that "camp like" feel for traditional breakfast lunch or dinner and an Ice Cream shake Counter Bar. Yum! Live Music every afternoon to early evenings during summer months, at the Marina Bar & Grill adjoining Ducey's, next to the Pines Resort down on the water, next to the Marina Gas Dock and Rental Stations.

Please be respectful to our neighbors.. As not everyone is on vacation. There are full timers who have to work both day and night shifts.

# Quiet time outside on deck is 10 PM to 8AM. Keep noise moderate before or after those hours. Please bring it inside after 10pm, with very moderate noise. Thank you.

NO fireworks. This is a High Fire Zone Area, part of state. Many forests and neighborhoods were destroyed by foolish behavior, dont be one of them.

If smoking medicinal or social marijuana, for a valid reason, please "be kind” and "bring inside" or take a walk if you’re able. No heavy drinkers or super loud music or kareoke machines desired. This is a peaceful, and respectful neighborhood. If you're here for loud partying, even down at the docks, which is heard even louder up at the homes due to design, this is not the place for You. No Fraternity or Sorority parties. This home has steep stairs and a deck with the possibility for a small child or baby to squeeze through the bars and fall. Watching your children is "your" responsibility and not at the fault of owners should an unfortunate accident happen. By booking this home, you relieve the owners, of any fault due to any injuries.
