"Excellent location next to the river, within walking distance to everything. The chilled drinking water in the lobby was a nice touch. The room was small but comfortable, but it had a peculiar smell, maybe just from the age of the building? Despite being on the ground floor, there were stairs up and down and an awkward corridor to reach it. The restaurant was overpriced for what it offered, but it was our first night and we were too tired and jetlagged to go out in search of food."

"Nice hotel with walkable grounds, spacious rooms and a airy lobby with a bar and lots of seating areas. Staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent but not as good as I expected for the price tag. The room did not have a refrigerator or ice, nor is there an elevator if you can't carry your luggage upstairs."

"Staff were welcoming and answered all my questions with ease. Parking and charging on site was simple, the gym was well equipped and the restaurant had a great choice, good staff and high quality. I had nothing to complain about for a one night business trip it was ideal."

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel & we would certainly recommend it. The hotel itself looks fabulous as you arrive & the reception staff are very welcoming. Lovely big rooms with the usual amenities & the breakfast was fantastic!"

"The hotel was very comfortable, and its location near the city center made it easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for one reason. Our room was advertised as a nice window room, but the window looked into a dirty structure with barbed wire, inside the building, overlooking the lounge. I kept the curtains closed the whole stay because looking out gave me the major ick. I would suggest covering those windows with an opaque film that still lets light through, so guests don't have to see the garbage right outside."
