"It was a really nice hotel and experience. Bed was uber comfortable, noise level low. The corridor did have a slight carpet smell. Would advice that maybe something be done about it but inside the room and else where was great. Restaurant was really good and breakfast was excellent, would not mind if they were syrup options at the coffee machine for some extra variety and touch. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. "

"The staff here were far and away the most friendly, helpful, and genuinely looking to serve group I’ve ever experienced. I would always stay at this property when in London if only for the service! As for the property, with a family of 5, it was a little cozy. But is to be expected. The room shows a little age, but the room was clean, neat, and the beds were great. Getting to and from with luggage and kids required hiring a car, but the free ferry across the Thames to the Canary Wharf area was easy and awesome. Will absolutely stay here again!"
