"Rooms were great with comfortable beds; secure and quiet. Hotel is in a very good location with 1 minute walk to nearby train station (Gare de Lyon Part Dieu) and 10 minute walk to Westfield shopping mall via the train station. We were a party of 4 and the hotel stored all our luggage for us 5hrs prior to 3pm check-in; however, the staff did not do us the courteous of allowing early check-in, and made us wait until the standard 3pm check in time, which could and should have been shortened by...

"Very nice hotel and staff. The location is very good for the old town access by funicular and the area around the hotel is very intersting with the Basilica and Roma amphitheater nearby. I would stay here again."

"Highly recommend. The location is great and the historical building is beautiful."

"Location is perfect a ten minute walk to Place Bellecour and shopping everywhere."

"Chambre très propre et calme avec une bonne climatisation. Le matelas était ferme mais confortable."

"Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner généreux."

"The hotel has a nice retro style and everything is clean and very well taken care of. I really liked the old-fashioned and well-working elevator. The room and bathroom are pretty small, but clean too. There was a problem with a leaking water from the shower cabin, but otherwise everything else was good. The shampoo and conditioner provided by the hotel were of a very good quality, such that I decided to find it online and order it. The breakfast was excellent. So many good options. Different...

However the hallways and access to the rooms look very poorly, the carpet in the floors look dirty and not well maintained. The coffee machine didn’t work for the days I was there. The lady at check in was very helpful to change me to another room. During the day they were couple of guys ( a tall guy...

"Each and every member of the staff were excellent. Helpful, caring and kind. We were only there one night, but the room was conveniently located on mail floor allowing easy access to the welcoming patio garden. The room was well equipped and a very good and comfortable size. The continental breakfast available had many options and all delicious!"
