"Lovely stay , will stay again "

"Lovely leisure facilities, nice breakfast but the room was tiny - just space to move around the bed and no more. Ok for one night. There are better rooms. Central location."

"Great stay with the family. The kids loved the pool and had a room of their own room which really helped in the evening. We all had a really good sleep and breakfast was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was perfectly located for our needs. The room decor was a little tired and the basin tap had seen better days, but overall the room was clean and bright and comfortable with not musty smells."

"Amazing experience staff were all so helpful and friendly smiles all around engaging - it was an all round great location easy access loads of free parking The Welsh Croeso sign at the bar was a nice touch. "

"The whole experience from parking the car through to when we left was amazing. I especially enjoyed the Arkle restaurant experience. All staff were very profssional and friendly and couldnt do enough for you."

"Busy property, lots of families and people using the gym. The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. The conservatory is the only quiet space available so is prime real estate for anyone without young children. Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful all the time. We were in a freshly renovated room where the bathroom renovation was excellent apart from a lack of towel rails. The bedroom needed another light in the TV corner and maybe an armchair."
