"The hotel was excellent and the staff were lovely but we made the booking on hotels.com and when we arrived the hotel had no knowledge of us and this caused 10 minutes of extreme stress. Fortunately I was able to locate this reference, they found the booking and still had rooms so it got sorted. When we got to the room the pull out bed had not been made, again not the hotels fault as they weren't expecting us and they sorted it within 5 minutes. In summary big thums up to the hotel but the experience partially spoiled by the incompetence of Hotels.com as they had not placed my booking on the Hampton by Hilton system. I trust that hotels.com are going to credit back some or all of my one key credits due to your incompetence "
