"Very Nice Hotel close by all restaurants and bars would stay there again "

"I liked the environment that it felt safe, secure & private. The first day the place we found to have breakfast was a far walk & expensive, however, we soon realized that the supermarket one block away was cheap & sweet. I liked that we didn't have to worry about keys and sharing keys since all the locks were digital. I didn't like that there was not a direct person to talk to with any questions. For example, one day there was confusion when I asked for the room to be cleaned, but due to misunderstanding I returned expecting the room to be cleaned, but it wasn't. However, except for this one hiccup it was smooth sailing and I understand it helps to keep costs down."

"Splurged for an ocean view room and it was worth it! Beds were comfortable. We could open the balcony doors and listen to the music during the day, and the tiny mighty coqui frogs during the night. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We never had any problems finding beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach. Each place to eat has a slightly different menu, giving you lots of options. We also felt safe walking and exploring outside the property. PR is wonderful! Our stay at Royal Sonesta was perfect!"
