"Though there was an issue with my room, the first couple of days, I was quickly placed in another villa. It was beautiful. I enjoyed it, however, I was not given complete information. I had to repack my belongings a couple days later to be moved back to the original villa. It too was very nice but it was quite an inconvenience to have to spend a day moving my belongings. i lost a lot several hours of vacation time."

"This property was amazing. The hotel was spacious and gorgeous. The kids enjoyed the pools , the park and riding around on the golf cart. Customer service was great. Very friendly and very helpful. We will be back next year "

"It was good overall. Parking is a problem. Too soon for a check out time. It should be at least 11am. I did not like the pressure to leave on time by staff."

"The check in experience very good. The unit was very good condition, very clean and had a great view to the marina. I didn’t like the hour of check out is to early 10:00 am, and the cost of parking 25.00 each day. The place of Club Cala so lovely and the resort makes you want to come back"

"The hours of the pool were great 9 to 10 for one and 9 to 7 for the other. They give you pool towels. They are villas close to Department stores and restaurants. Everyone was friendly. Gated community."
