"Bugs were discovered in this downstairs unit. Owner had it treated for bugs but the bugs returned. My employee refused to stay there so our company had to put him up in a hotel. We asked the owner for a credit since he barely stayed there and this was a lengthy stay. I tried to reach out to owner before writing this review but did not hear back. Now I am out over 5000! "

"The condo has very nice “high end finishes” with gorgeous tile work, well equipped kitchen, comfy furniture both indoor and outdoor, and beautiful bathrooms. It was so relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves. The pools were well maintained and the beach was just a few steps away. We were able to go out and snorkel from the beach and see a lot of colorful fish. We love this part of the island and have visited several times. This condo was one of the best rentals we have stayed...

"We traveled from brisk Pennsylvania to Puerto Rico with three teenage boys wanting to spend the entire day on a beautiful beach and relax back at an apartment after dinner without being in each other’s way. This apartment gave us the opportunity to do exactly that! The outside terrace and hammock was a perfect place for a post beach nap. Our hosts gave us explicit instructions for checking in and out and responded quickly to inquiries. Plays Buyé is the most beautiful beach and the sunsets...

"Pros: The location was a plus—close to the beaches, private access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The Downtown area is steps away, plus tons of restaurant options. It was great having the grocery store and bakery across the street. Lots of places to visit. Cons: The apartment was clean but needed renovation, especially the bathrooms. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will return to the area."
