"We loved this property and its location. The separate quarters over two different floors worked well for our family reunion. The beach is right outside, and the pool was great. The sunset views from the second floor deck were perfect. The house had everything we needed, and Felix, the host/property manager was super responsive. "

"The house is perfect for a family of six. The only complaint i may have is the neighbor's dogs barking at night. The house is closed to a corner therefore a lot of traffic. "

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. "I had a phenomenal experience. I love the rustic experience. Could it use a little bit of refreshing of course and I spoke with handyman’s and the property manager and they are doing so. To me this is a perfect experience if you are solo or couple and just want to enjoy the beach and the nature of it I had the view of the ocean the sound of the waves. "
