"Christie's Mill Inn and Spa was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. We swam in the lake (small private beach with chairs and shade); we used the indoor pool (which was clean and spacious) and the amazing outdoor areas for relaxing (from couches to beds to Muskoka chairs, all over the property facing the water). We had dinner in the restaurant and it was lovely, also used the spa where everyone was nice and the place was clean. No need to go anywhere at all during the weekend. It was relaxing and we left happy and well rested! Would recommend and will most definitely come back!"

"The breakfast was actually really good considering the type of property, we’ve stated a lot of different types hotels and the included breakfast isn’t always the best they didn’t have a lot of options at this one but the waffle maker worked perfectly, the eggs and sausages were prepared well tasted great. Don’t listen to the other reviews if you’re looking for a more affordable place to stay or just passing through, this place will do the trick. We booked two rooms both of them were in good shape they were clean comfortable the air-conditioning worked. I think we would stay here again"

"The staff were all so very friendly and pleasant. The 2nd floor hallway did have an ammonia smell (dampness or cats?), however the room was clean and welcoming. The timer for the hot tub jets is limited to 5 minutes, so there was a little bit of in and out, but the pool area was clean, with plenty of fresh towels. "

"Had the best time staying here! The location being near the gorgeous view from the Port of Orillia was one of our favourites ! In addition, the staff were amazing as well. We also like how the hotel was close to the stores, plenty of dining options, and just a short drive to access the parks and trails."
