Everything was great about this hotel. Staff friendly, room spacious, breakfast pretty good considering what hotel breakfasts are all about. BUT the toilets are straight out of Munchkin land in the wizard of Oz. Could hardly get down or up. Won’t be able to book that property again because of it. Quite shocking actually and disappointing.

The breakfast was very good, a good variety of foods both yummy and healthy. Parking is always easy at this hotel. The service is always very good, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks to all the staff that make the stay clean, comfortable and pleasant.

We arrived just as many families staying for a hockey tournament arrived. Took longer than normal but wasn't a big deal. Room was clean but mini frig was very noisy. We had to unplug it too sleep.

Upon check in at a late time, our bathroom was dirty, urine in the toilet and dirty towels. I couldn’t get through to the hotel desk with our phone so we cleaned it with sanitizing items I had packed and let hotel know in the morning. The room was cleaned promptly when we returned from being out. The remainder of our stay was great, excellent staff always accommodating needs.

The room and everything itself was great but the fact I had to go to the front desk every time to go get my card re-swiped was a major inconvenience when your hands are full and you’re having to go back down the elevator it’s very inconvenient. Very frustrating.

The hotel was very clean, breakfast was good! But did have to wait on food as they ran out . I think the ladies needed to keep a closer eye on the food and when starting to get low then start making more. And shortages of seating area. Need a larger area to sit to eat . But all in all was a good place to stay and the room was quite large and quiet comfortable beds. I would stay there again .
