"I booked a specific room, and upon arrival I was informed that it was no longer available. Instead, I was given an accessibility room, which is not what I reserved. I would expect to be upgraded for the inconvenience, not downgraded. This reservation issue was not caused by me, and I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. At this point, I am not satisfied with the service."

The train that goes across the water to the right isn’t too loud. The cottage was clean and cozy the only downside was that I couldn’t figure out how to work the fireplace. "
