I went here with my husband for a night away and really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, the towels were soft, and there was a gorgeous view of the river from our hotel.

Our stay at the Teacherage was absolutely perfect! The owners Brenda and Graham really do an awesome job! They made us feel very welcomed at their cosy bed and breakfast place. The old house is very unique and charming and we loved it the minute we stepped inside. The delicious and rich breakfast was being served on the lovely porch every morning. The Teacherage is located perfectly when you want to visit the Outer Banks as well as enjoy the back country. Brenda and Graham always had wonderful...

Stayed for four days...an extended weekend for a family gathering. The room was clean, well equipped, good AC, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. The staff was very helpful, with a special thanks to Christina who helped me make some changes to my reservations

Our stay was fantastic. We got to cook breakfast in the room, do a load of laundry, and enjoy a comfortable bed and living space. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the comforts of home on the road.

I read reviews and took the chance and have NO regrets. This hotel was delightful. It is clean and friendly. The ONLY issue was the iron in the room malfunctioned, so I had to get a replacement from the front desk. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was great, they had warm cookies in the evening. There did seem to be a lot of construction workers staying in the hotel, as stated by another review, but the only sign of that was the multitude of trucks in the parking lot and some...

Loved my stay here everything was so clean staff very nice the only thing that I was upset about is that they have no pool or hot tub like advertised, they say is out of service⦠they have a sign that says pool out of service for 1 week or moreā¦. People that stayed longer than a week said that sign was there already, if thereās no pool take the options off so customers can book elsewhere.
