"Because you are in the middle of the action, you will be happy there is no window in the room because of all the noise outside. The stairs leading up to the room are steep so if you have a large or heavy bag make sure someone can help you carry it up. You can't beat the price and location of this place."

I like the active feel and evening walk. I was blessed with two days of street parking with no worry because of the presence of security in the area.
