"We loved our stay here! Had a fantastic week. The swimming pools were amazing. The evening entertainment was also good fun! My boys were fascinated with all of the stunning fruit trees growing on the property as well! So lush and beautiful. The location was fantastic. Only a short walk to the town/port, as well as a short drive to other beautiful parts of the island such as Maspalomas sand dunes, los azulejos de Veneguera, Amadores beach etc. Would highly recommend this as a great hotel for families especially."

"All fine generally . Only thing was when filling cappuccino, it overflowed because a larger cup was needed which were not available much. Otherwise all fine."

"I always stay at this hotel when in Gran Canaria. I travel frequently world wide and Hotel Cristina has been the best hotel in terms of comfort, staff and amenities. Decent pool and buffet breakfast. Ideal location next to the beach and accessibility to shopping areas. Good transport networks locally and serving other areas on the Island. Would have liked tea making facilities in my room but to be fair I didn't ask for this."

"The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times."
AC Hotel Iberia Las Palmas

"Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."

"Liked our room and our breakfast buffet very much. Would have given this stay a Five Star if the shower temperature did not fluctuate between hot and cold on it own. Also if our view of the ocean was not obstructed by permanent shades that cover the front of the hotel building."

"I had a fantastic stay at LIVVO Lumm. The hotel has a really cool, contemporary vibe and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch—everything felt fresh and modern. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready with a recommendation or a smile. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast; the variety was impressive, and everything was delicious, making it the perfect start to each day. The location is unbeatable—right next to Santa Catalina Park and the port, and just a short walk to the beautiful Las Canteras beach. It’s also a great base if you're planning to head out and explore the island's National Parks and volcanic landscapes, as the main bus station is just a few minutes away. Don't forget to check out the rooftop pool for the best views of the city!"
