"If you are looking for a resort vacation this is not it. If you want the experience of residential Huatulco, this is it. Neighbours very friendly, house had a great "home" feel, and everything (other than golf course) was walkable, from 15 minutes to the grocery store, 15 minutes to the main plaza, to 35 minutes to the beach So location was great. Somewhat limited amenities, but that is pretty standard for homes in the area. Air Conditioning was great, we were very comfortable for our 44 day...

"Overall this house is very acceptable for a relaxing getaway. The house help was amazing (Heriberto) and the pool stayed nice and cool. There were a couple of things that didn't go quite right for us - specifically we had a couple of rats that managed to find their way into the property, but the property manager did deliver traps. This could have happened at any house in Mexico as everything is outside. The house was well cleaned other than some rat droppings. We also wish there were some...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay at Casa Sa. It is a beautiful house located in a gated community in Sector O. The house is very clean and each of the 4 bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The location of the house is perfect. It is away from the tourist zones, but you are also close to everything - 5 minute drives to the Chedraui grocery store, downtown Santa Cruz, Central Park in La Crucecita, and several beautiful beaches. "My husband and I stayed here mid Jan. of 2025. The room was perfect, it had all that we needed. Noah and his beautiful family were very respectful of our privacy and a blessing to get to know. The neighborhood was quiet, which we so greatly appreciated! We felt very safe! There where plenty of places to eat near their home and was a short taxi drive to beaches, mercados, downtown, restaurant's, and shopping.
