"We had a wonderful stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a great selection. A special mention goes to Rachel at the bar, who was friendly, professional, and made our evenings enjoyable with her warm conversation. The lady at reception was also lovely and provided us with all the information we needed on arrival. All the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was disappointing, they stopped serving at 9am, we arrived down to breakfast at 8.30am 2 adults and 2 9 year olds. We all wanted a full English breakfast but when we asked of the eggs, mushrooms and bacon were bring filled up as they were pretty much empty....we was told no because it was the end of service....there was still 30 mins to go.
