"I received two key cards for Room 139; however, neither card worked when I initially attempted to enter. I returned to the front desk, where the staff reprogrammed the keys. After receiving the updated key cards, I went back to Room 139 and was able to open the door.
Unfortunately, this led to a very uncomfortable and inappropriate situation, as the room was already occupied by another guest. Walking into an occupied room is a serious lapse in basic hotel procedures and raises concerns about both guest privacy and safety.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, this experience was extremely unsettling and has left a negative impression. Due to this incident, I will most likely not be returning in the future."
