"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke or not. Staff is adequately helpful."

"The house is really cool. It has lighting controls that make it easy to manage lights throughout the house. It also has a very nice office area, gym and a pool table. The beds are super comfortable and we enjoyed the house. We would stay again!"

"What an amazing home to spend Easter weekend in. The quietness, safe walking/running trails, and that endless view, WOW! I wish we could reserve this home every time we come to town. As my son would say, "it's our palace for the weekend." "

"It was nice. Nothing extra special. Paid extra for a balcony room, thinking it would be on the river. It wasn’t. Our Balcony overlooked the street. Hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke. TV channel options were minimal. Not worth the $200. Plus, $20 to park in the parking lot. "

"Clean, comfortable and cozy place for a short trip from Kalispell to Missoula for a day of shopping and exploring. The hosts are very responsive and definitely would stay again."
