"We have been staying at VRBO properties for over 20 years. This was by far the cleanest and the nicest one we ever stayed in. It was very pet friendly and that it had a fenced front area. Everything went perfectly and the owner communicated with us several times and was quite kind. Everything worked perfectly and we felt like we were the first people that had ever stayed in the place, it was that clean and nice. Good TV , very comfortable and relaxing if you have a chance to stay here, be sure and do so!!! "

"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke or not. Staff is adequately helpful."

"It was nice. Nothing extra special. Paid extra for a balcony room, thinking it would be on the river. It wasn’t. Our Balcony overlooked the street. Hallways smelled like old cigarette smoke. TV channel options were minimal. Not worth the $200. Plus, $20 to park in the parking lot. "
