Ots more than we expected - really an historic renovated very cool place. The owner has given great detail to everything. "Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Allerdings war das Zimmer sehr hellhörig. ( Gespräche im Nachbarzimmer waren gut hören) Wir fanden den Preis für ein wirklich kleines DZ mit Minibad ( das Bad war modernisiert) etwas überzogen. Schwimmbad und Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Es war schönes Sommerwetter."

"Beschriebener Pool nicht vorhanden, WLAN nicht funktioniert, Internet und Handyempfang kaum vorhanden, frische Handtücher nach 2 Tagen selber geholt, Zimmerreinigung und Zimmerservice trotz anwesender Corona-Gruppe nicht täglich, bis auf eine sehr nette, tätowierte Mitarbeiterin und einen jungen bemühten Mann leider Personal eher inkompetent und arrogant in Erinnerung geblieben."

"Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Lage ist super. Müritz Therme ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung der Zimmer war gut. Alles vorhanden um sich selbst gut zu verpflegen. Ruhig. Platz für die ganze Familie. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."

"The Location is Beautiful! The houses themselves are okay! The upper levels need an upgrade, since they have old carpets etc. They were ok clean! The food in the restaurant was great! Staff is nice! "
