"Such a convenient location, right next to Piccadilly station. The whatsapp check in and comms is really easy and the team is helpful and responds well. I've stayed in two different rooms and they were both great. I could imagine in summer it could get very hot. But fine for this time of year."

"Booked a last minute getaway and picked the Malmaison doe to price and location. Upon arrive we were greeted with a spicy margarita. Check in was really speedy. Room was nice, shower was good, bed was comfortable but slightly on the small side (I ’m used to a king size bed) The bar downstairs was great, the bar staff were friendly and worked really hard. Happy hour 5-7 was a great bonus! Location is great, easily walkable to everywhere. Would recommend and would stay here again"
