"The staff went over and above to make this a unique experience. Our butler Ali was superb, Gideon who cleaned our room is out of this world. Folds your shirts and makes the bed twice a day. The young chef made meals that were consistently tasty. Rashid the Camp manager was a charm and excellent host. Highly recommend this place. "

"The location and setting is magnificent, but what made Pioneer so special is the wonderful service by all the staff working under the perfect oversight of Manager Simon. Our tent butler, Juma, was a special delight. The nightly dining under the stars was so special and the meals were excellent. We recommend it to anyone wanting a tented experience with great comfort and pampering."

"Estivemos no Kananga por 4 noites, eu minha esposa e meu filho de 6 anos. Amamos o local, fica em meio a savana e a noite é possível ouvir os animais. "Overpriced substandard facilities. Freezing cold bedroom. Ugly architecture, dark and dingy. Dirty dark and cold bathroom. Window stained with dead bugs and dust. No heaters to compensate. Very depressing. No hot water. We were forced to to ask them to boil water and put it into buckets in order to wash ourselves by using an empty margarine container. Unheard of when we have paid £900 to be in this tacky facility worthy of a YMCA student accommodation Location of the property is very bad....

"Excellent setting to enjoy the quiet part of the Serengetti. Heartfelt Karibu athmospher by staff"

"Just an outstanding experience. The people were incredible, great service. My family of 4 loved the family tent. The grounds had Lions (3) hanging out right at entrance and wildlife overall was amazing around Ndutu, right there by camp. Highest recommendation. "

"The Anantya was an amazing location to stay in the Serengeti. The tents were spacious and comfortable. The staff was gracious and accommodating. And their location was excellent for exploring eastern and central Serengeti. Our point of contact, Ary, was always a delight to interact with and made our stay easy and comfortable. The food prepared by Chef Jackson and his staff was incredible. They were also very accommodating. We mentioned to Ary that we would like some Tanzanian food and Chef Jackson changed the menu and made a traditional meal just for us."

"Patrick the manager at Seronera was absolutely incredible. He took care of us during our entire stay and made us feel right at home. Though our time there was very short it was truly a treasured moment and looking forward to coming back with more friends and family in the future. The lodge is convenient located just a few minutes away from the airport which was perfect since we had an early flight the next day. "
