"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we clearly got misled and taken advantage of by both the hotel and hotels.com"

"Small size hotel located along the road. Hotel has no lifts so have to carry your luggage up. Nice cosy restaurant downstairs. Ample parking behind."
