"We had a large room with sofa and a huge bathroom. We overlooked the garden and were above the patio. It was quite noisy with people chatting outside and smokers. Food was good. Staff friendly. It was Bank holiday and there was a wedding party staying there. Breakfast was chaos the poor staff couldn't keep up with demand. The management should have put extra staff on duty. Commendation to Phillis who kept her cool and had a friendly attitude."

"Honestly loved the hotel. Great location on the wharf. 5 minutes onto the main high street. Also a lovely running route along the canal if you turn right from the hotel. Hayley and Jade on reception were excellent and really helpful. Thank you both. The warm cookie on arrival was a lovely touch. "
