Harrah’s Las Vegas – A Caesars Rewards Destination

6/10 Okay

"Good location on mid-strip. Beds were comfortable, however the room smelled of smoke. We saw many people with dogs (on our floor 43 & in the casino barking at each other). Apparently, they gave us a room on the "dog floor"."

"I was very surprised to see that the Hotel did not supply an electric kettle and tea/coffee/creamer sachet in the room. We are a tea drinker. We need our tea every morning. I had to go down hunting for hot water and creamer every morning which was a major inconvenience and embarrassing to say the least. I would expect such a basic thing from such a big and reputed hotel."

"Wasn’t able to check into my room til almost 5pm at night. Room was barely cleaned. Towels were old and raggedy. Mini bar was not replenished. Wanted to charge 65 dollars for an early check in when they didn’t have any rooms ready. Shower controls did not work right. Would Not recommend staying here. Will never stay here again."

"for as much as i paid for my room, one of the closets had mold spores in it, the tub was not cleaned very well, and the shower floor was not cleaned well or stained dirty along with the build up forming along the rubber on the shower glass door. i had to ask for an additional fridge to put personal items in because i could not use the one provided in the room that was filled with expensive items that really don't cost that much to begin with. for as much as i paid, those items should have been included with the price. this is the first hotel i've stayed where a microwave was not in the room. on the plus side, i was able to get into my room before check in time."
