"La recepción para el check in fué excelente, ya tenía hecho el pre registro, pero la atención estuvo muy bien, nos dieron un upgrade con una habitación con un poco de mejor vista. En el tema de alimentos y bebidas, los alimentos muy bien, pero el servicio está un poco descuidado, se notó falta de personal y por lo tanto el servicio se siente no como otras veces. El lugar “LAS ROCAS” nos tocó cerrado el día martes a pesar de que llame a recepción y me dijeron que si estaría abierto y al llegar...

"The property canceled my reservation without notifying me. They took my money and ran. The lady said when I tried to check in, “sorry the reservation was canceled “ with no explanation. I needed to scramble to find another reservation. Further, I went to the bathroom and it was dirty. The soap was powdered and kept in a dirty bucket."
