The living area boasts tasteful interior decor that makes this a beautiful space in which to relax, socialise or work. There is a super comfortable double bed in the living area with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements.
In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy an energising shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
The Neighborhood:
You will be steps away from a wealth of restaurants and cafés wherever you are in Raval. Recommended eateries include Palosanto Barcelona, a highly-rated tapas bar and restaurant serving typical Spanish cuisine. More delicious Spanish dishes can be found at Cera 23, and if you’re vegetarian you should try Sésamo and Flax&Kale. Those who love Mexican food should head to El Pachuco one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. If you like beer, you can either go to Ale & Hop or Garage Beer or else plan a trip to Fábrica Moritz where you can sample some of Barcelona’s delicious own brew.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located in El Raval, a central Barcelona neighbourhood. In this area, you will find MACBA (the Museum of Contemporary Art) and you’ll be close to Las Ramblas, where you’ll find the colourful Mercat de la Boqueria. Here, you can sample some cheap and tasty fruit juices and awe at the array of fresh produce on offer at countless stalls. Nearby is Plaça Catalunya, Passeig de Gràcia and Portal de l'Àngel which all offer excellent shopping opportunities. In the heart of Barcelona, this flat is located between El Raval and Sant Antoni. There's a Bicing (bike station) 2 min. away 10 min. walk to Ramblas for 7 min. walk to Mercado de la Boqueria 5 min walk to MACBA Musem 7 de La Boqueria y a 5 minutos del MACBA.

There is an elevator for access. Please note that the elevator fits only one person at a time.
Check-in time is from 3 pm and check-out time is until 11:00 am. Please note that if you need a late check in, it will require the payment of an extra fee as per the following:
- From 20:00 to 00:00h: €30
- From 00:00h: €50
All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities and to pay a city tax per guest according to the city hall regulation. All fees will be collected before the check-in and must be paid by card or through the Airbnb Resolution Centre.
Utility bills are included up to a maximum of:
150€ per month for Studios, and flats of 1 and 2 bedrooms,
200€ per month for flats with 3 bedrooms or more.
If the cost of your utility consumption exceeds this amount, the excess will be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay.
Please leave the keys on the living room table prior to check out. Do not leave the keys in the mailbox or in the door lock. Guests will be charged for lost keys or lockouts.
Code of conduct: the host reserves the right to take required action if any of the below rules are not respected:
