"The location is wonderful. It is in rolling hill country with vineyards, olive orchards, and centuries’ old stone houses dotting the landscape. The grounds around the house and farm buildings is immaculately groomed with flowers, bushes, etc. Our apartment (we stayed in Legnaia) was simple but clean, pleasant and functional. It has terracotta floors and stone exterior walls. Even during 90 degree days we could shut the windows and stay comfortable, and then open them up again in the evening...
