"We had a wonderful sunny week in Challaborough. Beachdown is a beautiful, spacious property and just minutes from the beach. The village itself has a great chippy, a bar and a small shop. We loved the easy walk on the Coast Path over to the stunning Bigbury sands and Burgh Island. Challaborough had great surfing and body boarding. The only downside was that it was hard to get in and out of the village due to the very narrow roads but there was plenty to do in the village and at nearby beaches."

"Lovely property in a stunning location. Ample accommodation for our party of 7, plus 1 dog, so enclosed garden is a bonus. No amenities close by and getting to them via the Devon county lanes can be challenging but for some this may be part of the attraction. Would certainly stay again and would recommend. "

Communication and instructions from the owner were excellent and we found everything we needed and more in the property. It’s a wonderful location with beautiful Bantham beach so close by. As a result it felt like the owners respect and value the people who pay to spend time in their lovely apartment.
