The staff was friendly and the rooms clean. However, if you aren't on the 3rd floor the river view barely exists and the WiFi was very inconsistent. It has easy access to the nearby temples, but it may be easier to stay at different hotel and take the tuk tuks around for the price it is listed at.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was good with a nice selection of western and Thai cuisine. Front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location was perfect, within walking distance to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho. Hotel had a ferry boat to transport guests to Wat Arun for a small fee. Only concern is that my room on the first floor was directly across from a rooftop restaurant and was noisy at times so would recommend booking a room on a higher floor. Will stay again on my next trip

What an excellent location and extremely accommodating staff. The rooftop breakfast meals were fantastic, and our room was so comfortable, clean, and spacious. We will definitely be back when returning to Bangkok as this is nearby the attractions and can easily access the metro.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are looking to experience old Bangkok! You can easily get to many attractions. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful and features a beautiful view of the River. The staff does their best to personalize your stay to make sure your stay is perfect!

First impressions count, the staff were exemplary. The hotel is beautifully presented and well maintained. We had a room overlooking the river and it didn't disappoint. The bedding looked brand new. This has to be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at by far! From the views, the cleanliness of the hotel including the room, the staff was phenomenal and the location was perfect for eating at Michelin star restaurants right across from the hotel. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway!! I WILL be returning again!!
