"Lovely ITC Gardenia has outstanding staff who provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Wonderful breakfast. In house restaurants are superb. Pool & workout area. On this visit housekeeping staff Kavya and Tetei were especially outstanding. I highly recommend ITC Gardenia for everyone."

" I recently stayed at Elanza Hotel in Bangalore and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel very welcome. However, I did notice that the lobby and reception area could use some improvement. The carpet in these areas needs cleaning, and enhancing the ambiance would greatly benefit the overall impression of the hotel. Despite this, I would still recommend Elanza Hotel for its excellent rooms and hospitality. "
