"Good hotel, probably nicer than we needed for the time we spent there. Only had breakfast one day due to leaving early the other days, but the selection was pretty good. Room was nice with a decent shower, however the power sockets oddly didn't all fit the Indian plugs we had. Light switches were also a bit overcomplicated. "

"It's a nice hotel to stay in. I usually stay here whenever I'm in Bengaluru. Of late, service at Cubbon Pavilion is lacking a bit. You order food or hot drinks at breakfast and they tend to forget and you are having to chase several times. This is the only complaint I have."

" I recently stayed at Elanza Hotel in Bangalore and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment for relaxation. The breakfast offered a good variety and was quite satisfying. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel very welcome. However, I did notice that the lobby and reception area could use some improvement. The carpet in these areas needs cleaning, and enhancing the ambiance would greatly benefit the overall impression of the hotel. Despite this, I would still recommend Elanza Hotel for its excellent rooms and hospitality. "
