Toilet in the room kept getting blocked - it was gross . The staff were lovely but ultimately couldn’t fix the issue . The hotel service is the best. The staff are helpful and very respectful. The room is very spacious and comfortable! Highly recommended this to anyone who wants to stay in the city and the view is spectacular.
