"This is an incredible hotel, stayed here twice and would stay here again. It has a very luxurious feel to it for a great cost. But the front desk staff is always problematic. The front desk check in isn’t smooth whatsoever, and sometimes the people can be quite rude as well. The other staff - restaurant, bellhops, etc. are great, so friendly, but the check in… ugh. "

Fantastic value and dining/ breakfast at Rueng Thai Karaket by the Klong has just such a great atmosphere. Recommended if you have your own car."
