"her thing was great except the parking was an issue one evening we could not find a spot very difficult as we had already paid for it. They give us a credit, but it was so annoying to spend an hour looking for a spot before coming inside and parking a large van in a small car spot."

"We love coming back here every time we are in Banff. The location is perfect, rooms are clean and spacious. We are a family of four and the 2 bedroom suite is the perfect size. It’s not going to be the cheapest room, but it’s so nice coming back to a comfortable room after a day of exploring Banff. My husband and the kids go to the rooftop pool and hot tub while I relax in the room. We’ve also been to the spa and it’s very nice as well. Paccini is the hotel restaurant and it’s wonderful. Great food and atmosphere, cozy and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back to the Moose Hotel and Suites!"

"Great hotel with awesome amenities. The heated bathroom floors took us by surprise. Balcony and bus passes were a plus. Front desk was helpful every time we had questions. It was a cozy home away from home."
