"The hotel was in the center of town which was great and had a perfect view of the mountains! On the day of our arrival we were told the hot tubs were down, which was disappointing. The hotel is old, but clean! The carpet in the halls had stains, but not a big deal. Our room had a loud noise, possibly coming From the pipes...and got louder as the night went on, which resulted in no sleep. I did call the front desk, however they were unable to help and did not offer another room.
We had to leave by 6am to catch our flight in Calgary and there was no coffee cups in the room and no coffee available until 7am. No sleep and no coffee made a long trip back."
