"The stay was disappointing overall. While the front desk staff were great and very friendly, the property itself felt very dated and poorly maintained. There were cigarette butts all over the balcony and scattered on the rocks below, which made the outdoor space feel dirty and neglected. We also found long hairs in the bathtub and on the chairs when we arrived, so the room did not feel properly cleaned.
Additionally, the area leading to the pool and hot tub was under construction, and the indoor hot tub was roped off with a sign stating it had been ordered closed by Alberta Health Services. This was especially frustrating since the pool and hot tub amenities were one of the reasons we booked this hotel.
Unfortunately, because of the condition and lack of upkeep, I would not recommend staying here."
