"My stay was great. Very friendly, great view and communication. The only down side it's on a dirt and rock mountains which is no pavement. It's hard to get a taxi to get up in the Mountains and most of then aren't willing to go there. "

"Our overall impression was that this little boutique hotel has a lot of potential however it has not been cared for. It has a lot of maintenance issues and there were roaches on two of the rooms. The shark room sliding door wouldnt close. On our arrival we were told the hungalows were unavailable and no compensation was provided. Our group had to be inconvenienced but we had no choice but to deal with it since we were not notified prior to our arrival."

"Absolutely love this place! We’ve been twice and will be back! Great staff, incredible location, immaculate vibes! From your room, take a few steps to the pool, and then a few more to the beach, you can’t stay any closer. Just remember this isn’t a Marriott or Hilton in a major US city, it’s a boutique hotel in the middle of a jungle paradise! So set your expectations accordingly. If you want to be steps away from beautiful warm ocean and wildlife for an affordable price, then you’ll love it...

"#1 No official parking. You will be forced to park your rental on the side of the road next to a large bluff. No security, however we had no issues. #2 No hot water. Told “front desk” and they just apologized and said they’ll check it out tomorrow. So cold showers for night 1. The next morning they reset the hot water heater and the water was either scolding hot or cold. It was never truly fixed! #3 Curtains in room were disgusting. Had black stuff all over them. #4 One person worked the bar...

"The management team and front desk staff was very unfriendly and not very knowledgeable about the hotel property. The bartenders, restaurant staff, casino staff, bellman, etc. were very friendly and had great customer service skills. This hotel caters to families and not to a group of friends looking to enjoy a vacation. If you are not going with your family, do not stay here!"
