"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel...

"This property has so much potential for being incredible, however… it’s just really good. The bellmen were outstanding!!! Everyone of them, every time I need to leave the hotel, or arrive to the hotel! No need for Uber when a taxi is only a 2 min wait. A nice hotel despite being a bit difficult to find
"Our train was cancelled, so we spent an unexpected night here. Excellent location to Milano Centrale, but took some exploration to find as no signage existed on the street. Overall, room was clean and in good repair. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant, and a nice breakfast spread in the morning. Staff was helpful to print my train ticket. "
