"Everything about the check in and room stay experience was great and value for money. The room is family friendly. The convenience of being connected to the sunway pyramid mall and location was a bonus. Nearby shops, eateries and pharmacy just across. Parking is abit disappointing to have to pay season parking 15rm per day though despite being guests. Should look into absorbing costs for those drive and check in for a more enjoyable experience. Suggestion to improve: 1)lobby area fragrance...

"I am so impressed with the level of service that was provided at this magnificent hotel im a fan anytime im in KL I will only be staying at the mandarin to me service is what matters when coming to a hotel and they go above and beyond much more impressed then the four seasons KL for the value it is unmatched special shout out to Ramesh every time I went to the pool he was there with the biggest smile on his face happy to help me with any of my needs in my opinion he should be recognized by the hotel he truly understands the art of service and hospitality thank you Mandarin Oriental KL for the amazing stay this was one to remember "
