"This hotel is fronted by an attractive historic building that creates an impressive first impression both externally and in reception. Staff were pleasant throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel failed to live up to that impression. Much of the newer accommodation feels dated, signage is confusing and poor, lift access difficult to find and the temperature was somehow both too hot and too cold on an autumn day. "We were warmly greeted on our arrival. Our room was very clean. The radiator was broken and they did warn us about that in advance. It was solved the next very next day. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options."
