"The property is beautiful giving a resort feel, the staff is attentive and very friendly. The spa is it’s on little heaven tucked away within another part of the property. I am already looking into my booking my next visit with them."

"Cockroaches in the room, the floor was dirty and cracked, big difference between the lobby and the room, staff was bad. The lady at the reception when we check in was not in the mood to check in us, the valet is 50$ per night and don’t help at all. No hello, No door opens, no help with the luggages, nothing. Staying on the phone and waiting for us to give them the keys. Nobody told us that they had a breakfast, anyway didn’t want to try it. I saw a bar somewhere outside, nobody told us to check it out, didn’t knew the hours or anything."

"Everything was good. Had to ask several times before finally receiving fresh towels. My only complaint was pool wasn't heated and needed to be cleaned. "

"We stayed here for one night and was extremely disappointed. The room was clearly not cleaned properly. Towels had visible hair on them, and there was dust on the floors, tables, and other surfaces. Multiple lights in the room were not working. We reported this and were moved to another room, but the same issues continued and only one light was functioning. At that point we were too tired to keep dealing with it, especially since we were leaving the next day. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is unacceptable. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone."

"This property is not what you would expect from Hyatt. It is VERY dated and needs a total update. First, there was no hot water for 36 hours after we arrived. Mold in the bathroom the for would not close. All the furniture is chipped and scuffed. The lamps had broken switches and did not work. Wallpaper coming of the walls in the hallways. They did give us a new room after complaining to the front desk. Expedia negotiated a comp for the first night of our 3 day stay."
