It's a fantastic option when traveling to Milan from Torino or Switzerland (and really anywhere) in the north....and makes a stop when heading to Malpensa a real pleasure instead of a difficulty. "The room was freezing cold. We had to ask to turn on the heater at 2am because there was no way to control it from the room. It turned on and then turned off again. We were freezing all night. There wasn’t even a blanket on the bed, Only one sheet. We slept in our jeans and jackets all night. Worse sleep I’ve had at a hotel in years. "
