"The view was amazing, but the furniture was outdated and needing a spruce up. The pool was a big let down as the photos didn’t show it’s try size and it’s not heated so we couldn’t use it. Generally the apartment just needed some TLC. New coat of paint and things like the towel racks to be replaced. New outdoor furniture that’s comfortable to sit on."

"The Spit is a short walk through the gate at the back of the property, along a safe track to the beach. The view off the balcony was amazing. I loved listening to the waves crashing onto the beach, the birds in the trees, and seeing the sunrises and sunsets. "

"I have stayed at the Mantra for many years from when it opened for family holidays, weekends away, single night work trips and even staged a conference at the property one year. It's a great location however it is starting to feel a little tired. I was in a 1st floor apartment this visit and it was fine, however there was a bad smell of stale smoke. I don't know if it was a previous guest or if smoke just drifts in from other rooms/floors (I usually have the balcony door open). I will probably...
