We knew from our first viewing of the Boathouse that it checked all of our boxes. Location, space, arrangement of space, tranquil setting, and amenities met all of our needs and expectations. The house is big and roomy with high end finishes The bedrooms are huge with comfortable beds. 3 have on suite and the bedroom on the ground floor is right next to a full bath. Lots of space for everyone to find their own spots. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. We did several dinners there plus breakfasts. Loved the cows watching us. Owners are very responsive both before we arrived and during our stay. Collette even came with an extra coffee...

"Had a great stay, the home is a nicely restored farmhouse and had everything we needed. The showers were great and the beds were comfy. We did make a few meals while we were there and the kitchen was well equipped. Very quiet location it was nice listening to cows mooing instead of cars beeping. Daly’s Riverside pub just down the road was a great bonus . Tralee was close for shopping. "The photos of this property do not accurately show how beautiful it is. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms clean and modern. The view from the house is beautiful as well. We particularly enjoyed sitting in the sunroom watching the light dim to dusk. There were only two drawbacks to the property. Be very careful approaching from the west as a hedge blocks the view of the drive and you don't see it before you see the house. Also, there was not enough toilet paper or hand soap in the bathrooms....

"We really enjoyed Elizabeth’s home. The views were wonderful, the home relaxing and comfortable. The walk into town was easy- although the walk back up the hill was challenging ( no fault of Betty’s haha) The location couldn’t have been better for the day excursions and it’s nice to be able to leave and return at will. Next time we are in County Kerry we will definitely visit again!"

"Pine Tree House is very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for a self catering stay. We enjoyed the quiet rural setting and the location worked well for day trips to the Dingle Peninsula, Killarney National Park, Ballybunion, and Co. Clare via the Tarbert ferry. Kay and Eddie are wonderful hosts. We hope to return someday!"
