Before we arrived, she told me "don't worry about anything, everything you need will be there". And it was. "This beautiful 300 year old home is very large, and the grounds are beautiful. It has an uninterrupted ocean view, very well maintained landscaping, and an automatic security gate. Be aware, though, it is an eclectic mix of modern and vintage in many ways. The master suite is modern, another bedroom and bath are perhaps 1920's, and the kitchen is mix of all that and more.
